Earlier in my career, I worked in Agent Services at Keller Williams, where I supported brokerage operations and helped organize agent training, systems, and day-to-day workflows. In that role, I saw firsthand how much the operational side of a real estate business affects productivity, organization, and growth. When systems were clear and consistent, agents were able to focus on their clients and their pipeline moved smoothly. When systems were disorganized, even talented agents struggled to keep up with opportunities.
After my time at Keller Williams, I transitioned into working with Fortune 500 companies, where I helped design and improve backend systems that support people and organizations at scale. My work included building reporting dashboards, improving data visibility, creating and updating API integrations between systems, and developing tools that helped teams make better decisions.
Those roles strengthened my technical and operational skillset, but what I enjoyed most was always the same: helping people work more effectively through better systems.
Despite working on large-scale corporate systems, I realized I missed the energy and relationship-driven environment I experienced working with real estate professionals. I enjoyed collaborating directly with people who were building businesses, solving real operational challenges, and looking for practical ways to improve how their work flowed day to day.
That realization ultimately led me to take the leap and create Elevate Operations.
Today, Elevate Operations helps real estate professionals and other people-oriented businesses strengthen the systems behind their work. From CRM organization and workflow automation to pipeline visibility and operational structure, the goal is simple: build systems that support the business instead of slowing it down.
