Elevate Operations was created to help real estate professionals strengthen the systems behind their business.

Many agents invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, but the operational structure that supports those opportunities is often unclear or inconsistent. Without strong systems to capture leads, organize contacts, guide transactions, and maintain relationships, opportunities can easily slip through the cracks.

Elevate Operations focuses on building the operational systems that support consistent growth — from lead capture and follow-up to CRM organization, workflow structure, and pipeline visibility.

Foundation

Elevate Operations was founded by Lindsay Gurley, whose background spans both real estate brokerage operations and large-scale corporate systems design.

Earlier in her career, Lindsay worked in Agent Services at Keller Williams, where she supported brokerage operations and helped organize agent training, systems, and day-to-day workflows. In that role, she saw firsthand how much the operational side of a real estate business affects productivity and growth.

When systems were clear and consistent, agents were able to focus on their clients and opportunities moved smoothly through the pipeline. When systems were disorganized, even talented professionals struggled to keep up.

After Keller Williams, Lindsay transitioned into working with Fortune 500 companies, where she helped design and improve backend systems that support organizations at scale. Her work included building reporting dashboards, improving data visibility, developing API integrations between systems, and creating tools that helped teams make better decisions.

While these roles strengthened her technical and operational skillset, the most rewarding part of the work remained the same: helping people work more effectively through better systems.

That realization ultimately led to the creation of Elevate Operations.
